Each person has their own circumstances, country ties and records. Keeping those relationships clear means information stays with the person it concerns, while responsibility can still be shared across the household.
A school deadline may concern a child while one or both parents manage it. The people involved and the records they need remain connected.

Citizenship, residence, property and employment can keep several countries relevant to the same person. Keeping each country’s role clear helps show which guidance may apply and why.
Moving from the UK to the UAE does not make the UK irrelevant. Employment history, pensions, property or a parent’s citizenship may still raise questions alongside the obligations of a new home.

Dates, addresses and relationships do not stay trapped in a file. They remain connected to the source and to the person, country or obligation they concern, so the original evidence remains available to review.

A deadline only becomes useful when you know why it exists, who it concerns and what it depends on. That context shows what is ready, what is missing and what may need to happen first.
A residence renewal may depend on insurance or employment records. A filing in one country may rely on information held in another. Seeing those dependencies gives the family time to prepare.
Private and recoverable
Each person signs in using a secure token sent directly to them. There is no household password to create, remember, reset or share with anyone else.
The vault unlocks using the face, fingerprint or device security you already trust. Sensitive information stays closed until your device confirms it is you.
Your recovery key is split into three protected parts. Any two can restore access, while one alone cannot. Losing one device or one part will not lock the family out.
Documents are processed securely, then stored in Switzerland. Only your household can decrypt sensitive files and details, while selected information remains available for relevant insights.
Updates to records and obligations stay in the activity history. Changes remain visible and notes can be added, so important information does not lose its context.
Routine organisation happens quietly. Any change to important family information is held for review, with the proposed update and its source shown before you approve it.

Ask in everyday language about a document, deadline or country question. Answers draw on household information and relevant country knowledge. Premium households can also speak with the assistant in real time.

Monthly, quarterly and annual briefings gather recent changes, upcoming obligations and questions worth revisiting into one readable account, without relying on one person to keep everything in their head.

Storage is the starting point, not the product. Rebase understands what you store in the context of each country and corridor your household touches, tracks the deadlines that creates, and surfaces what is missing or due before it becomes urgent.
For the countries and corridors your household actually uses, yes: residency, visas, renewals, and the documents that usually belong with them. Rebase uses that knowledge against your records so you see what applies to you, what is coming, and what looks missing, not a generic law library to browse.
Within limits you control. Actions are graded by risk: safe housekeeping runs automatically, anything sensitive is proposed and waits for your approval. Nothing is published without your OK.
Rebase is a UK company; household data is hosted in Switzerland. What you seal is encrypted on your device and stored encrypted: vault keys stay with your household, so even we cannot read sealed items. Documents are read so Rebase can file them, then encrypted; passwords you enter are sealed immediately.
